In addition to the life size cow, Art Animals supply a miniature version amazingly (!) named the mini cow. This is an exact replica of her big sister. Produced in black and white, brown and white, or simply white; the mini cow can be used in a variety of ways.
Tom Morgan, organiser of the Mongol Rally raised £60,000 for the charity "Send a Cow" in 2006.
The charity presented their generous benefactor with a customised Mini Cow.
Mrs Cathy Stables produced the "worldly" artwork on this mini cow.
The scaled down version can easily be customised by using acrylic paints. The illustrated picture on the left is "Mini Messy Cow."
Following the success of the life size "Messy Cow" at their National Conference in 2006 , Superdrug are now considering selling this mini cow version in all their shops nationwide.
Professional artists can also get in on the act. Miss Holland can be seen holding one example which was painted by an artist ;entitled Kissimee.
This and other efforts by fellow artists were put on display then subsequently auctioned off for charity.
Robert Wiseman Dairies hosted the Neighbourhood Shop of the Year 2005 at the prestigious 5* St .Andrews Bay Hotel. From the 640 shops nominated by their customers, 67 emerged as National Finalists.
Art Animals supplied the mini cows for the finalists; which were sprayed either silver , gold or black and white (depending on your final position) and fixed to a carved wooden plinth ; thereby transforming them into beautiful Cow Award Trophies.
One winner was overhead to say that the trophies "...were a class above the Oscars - and much better looking !".....
Widespread media coverage followed what was a highly successful event .
